- Texan by Mission: eat more veggies; maintain 30 min exercise for 3 times/week

I've been so far behind! Oh my goodness! I can definitely enlist my hubby's help in making a button if you want, and I think I've finally decided on a goal or two.
My first goal is to eat breakfast, and my second goal is to tidy up my kitchen EVEERY NIGHT before I go to bed. I hate gettting up in the morning to a mess...

Oh, my goodness! Somehow, I totally missed this post! It could have something to do with me falling off the planet this past week. Anyway, my goal for this week is to not eat/snack after 10:00. Next week, when I am better, I want to pick up with doing Zumba 3 times a week and really trying to eat better (you know, chocolate only once a day). Thanks for letting me in!
